By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You retain ownership of every video you upload and every clip generated from it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display the content solely to operate the service for you. You must have the right to upload anything you upload — don't upload content that infringes copyright or violates someone's privacy.

• No spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates applicable law.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of our infrastructure.
• No use of the service to circumvent another platform's terms (e.g. YouTube's terms when posting via connected accounts).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Free accounts are subject to monthly limits shown in the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and only for genuine billing errors.

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Third-party providers we rely on may experience downtime that affects clip generation and scheduled posting.

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
