Privacy Policy

When you sign up for LongtoShort we store your email, display name, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google). When you upload a video we store the source file, the AI-generated transcript, and the rendered short clips in a private encrypted bucket.

• To deliver the service you signed up for (clip generation, hosting, scheduling).
• To send transactional emails — account verification, password reset, scheduled-post status.
• To enforce plan limits (videos per month, storage caps).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your uploaded video content to train any AI model.

We use third-party services to deliver core features. Your video audio is sent to transcription providers, and transcripts are processed by AI models for clip selection and translation. Connected social accounts (e.g. YouTube) are used solely to publish posts you schedule inside LongtoShort.

You can delete any project from your dashboard at any time. Deleting a project removes the source video and every rendered clip from our storage. You can delete your account by emailing the address below; we remove all associated data within 30 days.

We use cookies only for authentication (keeping you signed in) and basic anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies.

LongtoShort is not directed at children under 13.
